I had the same issue. I went into recovery mode and deleted my cache partition and it fixed my issue...so far

Also unlocked, on TMo, S23+, no connectivity issues at all. After installing the beta, I went into recovery and cleared cache.

Same issue....S23 Ultra Unlocked on Tmobile USA NETWORK... I have cleared my cache in recovery several times and still an issue.
