Pop up app buggy

So often when I leave an app on pop up display, after a mnt or 2 when i try to click on it it won't work. The rest of the screen still function but the pop up just stuck there. Only way to fix it is by restarting the device

Same, I've been in so many One UI beta and this one is the worst
