I just notice the portrait editing tool is either missing or moved. Used to be able to take a photo in photo mode, after the fact you could go in and edit using the three dots to the right side, and find a button that would allow you to change the photo to portrait bluring the background. That was a great tool if you wanted that effect and forgot to change your phone mode from photo to portrait mode. I hope this makes sense.
