Has anyone been having issues with opening Quickstar?

Mine keep saying awaiting update even after I updated it before I opened it

It is unplugged during Beta!

Come on, this has been covered dozens of times. Good Lock modules not working during Beta. You will have to wait until the final Beta Build or the stable release.

Homeup navstar quickstar etc are always unplugged during the beginning of beta every year and will be updated in later betas or final/stable for future reference

No one's saying you have to be here every day. There are literally multiple posts about it in the very section you posted. "Good Lock" is apparently the "Samsung Messages" of the beta community.
