Hello,

Please erase the device cache using steps below. If issue persists, Please update Samsung members app to latest version from galaxy store and send us an error report from the Samsung member’s app -> Beta Feedback -> Error Reports to help us debug the issue.

  1. Turn off the device.
  2. Press and hold the Volume Up key and the Side key.
  3. When the Android logo displays, release both keys.
  4. An 'Installing system update' message may show briefly before the Android Recovery menu options appear.
  5. Press the Volume down key several times to highlight Wipe cache partition.
  6. Press Side key to select.
  7. Press the Volume down key to highlight Yes, then press the Side key to select.
  8. When the process is complete, Reboot system now is highlighted.
  9. Press the Side key to restart the device.

Regards,

One of my S22Us has been randomly rebooting a few times a day just doing nothing. The other one is fine. Clearing the cache and repairing apps does nothing to help. I've noticed that it only happens for me after an app is updated or installed (even in the background). The app downloads and installs fine but right after that the phone freezes for like 5 seconds and then restarts. After the reboot, the installed app works fine until the next update, and then the process is repeated. When I logged in to the member's app from that phone it said it detected a crash and asked me if I wanted to send Samsung the logs which I did. I also submitted a report with my observations. The weird thing is it only happens on one of my 2 identical s22Us which is 5 months newer than the one that's fine and is under a much lighter load than the other one. Also, the configuration is very similar as I did a smart switch transfer from the older one. Hopefully, the next update resolves the issue since factory resetting and reconfiguring everything from scratch without is a major PITA! Since I only have auto update the apps are set to only do it on wifi and it only happens at home on my "outside" phone I can deal with it for now.
