To assist us in resolving this issue, we kindly ask you to submit an error report through the Samsung Members app on your device immediately after the issue is reproduced:
1. Open Samsung Members.> Navigate to One UI Beta Program > Beta Feedback.
2. Attach any relevant screenshots or screen recording/video (if possible).
3. Ensure "Send system log data" is checked, then submit the report.
Important: Please submit the report within 3 minutes of reproducing the issue for accurate log data collection.

Discussions1.BACK UP ALL YOUR DATA EXCEPT FOR WIFI, BLUETOOTH AND SETTINGS IN SAMSUNG CLOUD (THIS IS KEY)
2. BACK UP PHOTOS + VIDEOS TO ONEDRIVE OR GOOGLE DRIVE
3. FACTORY RESET YOUR PHONE IN SETTINGS APP
4. BE SURE TO KEEP ESIM WHEN RESETTING, OTHERWISE YOUR GONNA HAVE ANOTHER WORLD OF ISSUES WITH YOUR CARRIER
5. UPON REBOOTING, RESTORE YOUR APPS, NOTES. WHATEVER ELSE EXCEPT FOR WIFI, BLUETOOTH OR "SETTINGS" TOGGLES
6. RE-SETUP YOUR DEVICE AS YOU HAD IT
7. RECONFIGURE YOUR NEW SETTINGS SINCE WE DIDN'T RESTORE SETTINGS FROM A PREVIOUS ONE UI VERSION BACKUP. THIS IS WHAT WE WANT. THIS IS KEY!
8. TURN OFF RAM PLUS BUT ALSO CHANGE "SUSPEND EXECUTION OF CACHED APPS" IN DEVELOPER OPTIONS FROM 'DEVICE DEFAULT' TO 'DISABLED'.
9. REBOOT PHONE
10. LAUNCH GALAXY APP BOOSTER AND RUN THAT.
11. REBOOT AGAIN
12. ENJOY YOUR NEW, SMOOTH RESET SAMSUNG DEVICE WITH NO MORE GLITCHES OR BATTERY DRAINS.
