Recents call history in Phone app

My Recents history has lost all ability to lookup the phone number in my Contacts. All history entries list the phone number only, except in situations when Hiya had a name available and that is displayed. 

US S21-U1, beta 2 (ZVIE)

I have the same update but do not have the same issue. My history is still searchable
