If I remember correctly you've got to go to Settings and under One UI Beta Program status and select "withdraw" to leave Beta Testing. Don't remember the exact terminology but this was in the Enrollment Agreement you AGREED TO WHEN YOU ENROLLED to be a Beta Tester.

Didn't you read the FULL agreement? Why do people join, THEY DON'T FULLY READ THE ENROLLMENT AGREEMENT, then ask how to leave Beta Testing?

I'm guessing you don't know the reason why they wish to leave the beta. Could be they have to have access to Google pay or some other reason and need to withdraw. Granted they can find how to do it in the FAQ in notices (section 11) and should have searched but there is nothing wrong with joining and then withdrawing. Capisce
