I use the Supernatural app to feed vitals to my Oculus 3. When I complete my workout, the app icon stays visible at the bottom of the watch (even though the app is not active). The only way to remove it is to reboot watch.

Thank you for your feedback on Supernatural app issue.
During beta program, the software is not yet certified by Google, and therefore Google Pay and other secure services may not work.
In the meantime, please report the issue back to us (Galaxy Wearable app > Contact us > Error report) and we can look into the issue in depth.
We apologize for the inconvenience and will post a notice once it becomes certified by Google. You may try again at that time.
