Do you have any good lock apps installed, especially Pentastic? If so, uninstall pentastic.

No, pentasastic works. You just need to clear the data and cache for the spen system apps.

He's absolutely right. I just did it & it solved my issue. Now, I can actually use my s pen features on the screen when removing it
