S pen not connecting

While using the s pen, phone pop-up says s pen not connecting. However, s pen seems to work normally.

Have you tried wiping the cache partition of your device using recovery mode and then rebooting?

Mine was the same way. Pen functioned in some aspects, but not connecting to control media. Try resetting the S-Pen and it may start functioning properly.
