S20 fe 5g Unlocked Beta??

Why isn't the s20 fe 5g factory unlocked included in the beta along with the rest of the s20's?

The beta sign up banner will only be displayed if there is availability, and if your carrier allows beta participation.

I'm aware of all that however it didn't answer my question. All of the s20 models except the s20 fe were included in the beta. I am curious as to why.

One UI 4 Beta Program is not available for S20 FE devices.
