S22 Ultra still pushing Beta 13 update after withdrawing from Beta Program and downgrading

I have withdrew from the program and reinstalled thru Odin multiple times, but I keep getting an update for Android 13.

Anyone know how to stop it from downloading the Beta?

I know you've withdrew and downgraded, but did you check beta status in Samsung members again? It might still be active.

If it's not active but it still keeps donwloading beta, you should contact betamoderator to help you.

Yes, it Beta status says I need to register, so I assume my withdrawing stuck.

Odin or Smart Switch gets the same job done, thanks.

Yes I withdrew, and yes I factory reset.

Using ODIN GETS THE JOB DONE for downgrading regardless.

No need to use smart switch when I can do the same.

Thank you!!! I appreciate your help!

Personal preference. Tried it, didn't like it. Went back.

I personally withdrew from the first beta, due to the fact that my phone became unusable outside of WiFi range.  It would literally not connect to ANY mobile network.  Granted, I did not try to do the Wipe Cache partition, and that appears to have resolved the issue for people in the beta forums, when I posted that as a suggestion.  I withdrew as I needed to use my device.

Granted, I am now back in the beta, as I was able to re-register when the Beta 2 released (not sure it it actually is "beta 2" or just a new version, but hey...).  This time around, I am able to use my device both on and OFF of WiFi, woot!
