I am on a esim too.
But disabling 6e stopped the reboot issue

DiscussionsAlso, I experienced the 6e problem with beta3. It would happen as soon as I connected to my 6e SSID. The beta3 hot fix resolved the 6e problem for me.
Furthermore now that I'm back home, I am connected to my 6e ssid as I write this post.
