Since after I downloaded the second version on the One UI , I realized that my phone screen freeze a lot. It's just a suggestion I don't know if anybody have the same issue , I'm using a Samsung Unlock version of the S23 with a T-Mobile Sim card and AT&T eSim.

Same here, will freeze up when scrolling and have to exit and re-enter app.

Yep. Same here. I've reported and sent logs. Hopefully everyone does the same so they can figure it out.
