S23 one ui7 beta media player in notification bar

I just saw a YouTube video that claimed the s25 and s24 beta five have a feature change with a one pull down on the notification bar to view your media player. It claimed it's not on the S23 beta1. Not true. It works on s23 beta1 as well.
