I sincerely hope not I've said a thousand times I love Samsung Messages and will use it until I can't because I absolutely hate Google Messages along with many other Google Apps if I wanted to use them I would buy a Google device and not Samsung

They aren't getting rid of the app. They are simply stopping the RCS support for it, as it's too much to maintain, dealing with carriers.

Samsung has nothing to do with RCS Messaging it is the carriers basically Google is pressing (this is one reason the same Government is trying to break Google up and sell because they have a monopoly) the carriers to only use Google Messages I use Samsung Messages and have RCS Messaging available still thankfully and I will use Samsung Messages until I can't anymore I hate Google Messages
