Screen Brightness

How do we feel about the brightness slider? I don't feel like I have enough control over the manuel brightness. Max in some situations is not bright enough. I understand the battery life implications but under real world situations I need it at least 25% brighter.

I have. Still in some shady outdoor environments it's just not enough
