I have aS25 Ultra. In beta 3 everything seemed snappy. Beta 4 from keyboard keystrokes to everything else seems slow.

Have you cleared the system cache?

Go to Settings Developer options Scroll down
Change it to .5x
Just like the picture.
If developer options not on
Go to settings
About phone
Software information
Press Build number 7 times
Enter your pin number
Then go back to settings and you will see the developer options.
If you don't like the fast animation you can simply turn of developer options.

I agree, my phone seems a bit sluggish with beta 4. I set the animation to .5 and still felt like it was still slow. Hopefully official UI8 is coming soon. Sadly losing faith in Samsung phone lately

I have cleared my cache as well as changed to .5x like said in post above, but this update lags a lot compared before this version.
