Spilt screen opens

Don't know if this was a change or a issue. 

When im in a app, then clicking on another app from edge panel (pervious it opens the app) now it opens as spilt screen.

To help us investigate further, please submit an Error Report through the Samsung Members app immediately after reproducing the problem:

1. Open Samsung Members → One UI Beta Program → Beta Feedback.
2. Select Error reports and attach any relevant screenshots or screen recordings (if available).
3. Make sure “Send system log data” is enabled before submitting.

If you have touch and hold selected the app will open by itself, but if you have tap selected it will be split screen
