People, Stable is releasing to those who have locked carrier devices that aren't in Beta. Those usually go first. You don't need to keep checking for the stable version. You check in the Beta section. There will be a notice that Beta is over. Carriers are working on whatever they need to work on for your stable version. Hopefully they have figured out what was causing some who were experiencing calling issues going straight to voicemail. Just a little more patience ...
