Switching screens isn't as easy

I use to use the 3rd key to minimize but that doesn't allow me to switch to another open app

Have you tried wiping the cache partition of your device using recovery mode and then rebooting?

Please try the suggestion by @Chef31684 .  If the issue still persists, please use the latest Samsung Members app to submit an error report (Samusng Members One UI Beta Program Beta Feedback Error Report.
