DiscussionsTry clearing the system cache. Power off device, then after that, press and hold both the volume up and the side (power) buttons at the same time until the recovery screen appears. Using the volume buttons, move the highlight over "Wipe cache partition", press the side button. Then use the volume button again to highlight "Yes", press the side button. It will then default to the top "Reboot system now" and press the side button again to restart the device as usual. See how that works.
