Is the background task menu permanent gone? Tons of apps need a quick way to close for a reset aside from going through settings to force close it especially with the folds having weird effects with apps when you close the phone

Do you mean running apps? I use gesture swipe from side and the running apps pop up as usual...running one handed mode.
