Notistar wasn't showing up for me either days after everyone else had it and I restarted my phone yesterday and both Goodlock and Notistar showed up in Galaxy Store with updates.

Theme park still says it can't be used for after installing. I just want my themed icons back 😆 What version number do you have installed for good lock? Mines shows 2.2.04.66, maybe that's why?

I have the same Good lock version and Theme park gets an update.

Try restarting tour phone or clearing cache, it seems to have worked for others and me....
