DiscussionsIt's kind of beyond crazy.
The beta LTE participants should have had full availability to the stable release, because we could run EVERY release of the beta.
So if we could run the beta release, we can run the stable release.

DiscussionsSamsung my use the excuse that the radio(s) in the lte need to be confirmed by the carriers.
I asked on the s9 beta years ago, and that's the explanation they gave me. It's on the carriers.

DiscussionsI know that is the company line, but they released the watch beta directly, and I'll just bet that they released the S9 betas directly then.
In the case of the recently concluded watch beta, the only LTE carrier watches not allowed were Verizon. I think the radios worked for LTE participants in the beta. Otherwise we would have been reading posts to the contrary in this beta forum.
They could have pushed the stable release to the beta participants at the conclusion of the beta, and I have a sneaking suspicion that it would have worked for beta participant LTE radios.
In either situation Verizon would still need to certify that the stable release will work with their radios, but everyone else's should work with the stable release as they did with the previous 5 beta releases. Samsung could/should have made this happen.
