Tic toc

Found an issue where if someone sends me a link to a tic toc video it continues to play the sound in the background even after closing evey open app. Only resolution is to restart the phone.

Have you tried force stopping where it's playing from

I've seen the same thing with other videos (I don't do the tictoc thing).
