Timezone automatically changed

I recently noticed some of my morning alarms starts ringing at PM. The other day, my 4:45 am alarm was ringing at 4:45 pm. I also noticed there is a notification keeps popping up from samsung health saying - "timezone changed-update your medication".
Today I see my alarm notification pops up around 11.20 pm saying Alarm about to start at 11.30 pm. Which is originally set at 11.30 am. 
I went to settings and realized my timezone automatically changed to a city in China. I changed it back to New york timezone.
This is happening after I registered for beta update. And this same issue is happening in last 2 update I installed.

1. Open Samsung Members.
2. Navigate to One UI Beta Program > Beta Feedback.
