I've noticed that when trying to swipe away notifications from the notification panel or trying to expand them I have to try several times for my touch to be registered correctly. Also, using the swipe actions on the bottom of the screen to go back a page or go to home screen, same thing. Several attempts needed to get it JUST right for it to work as intended.
Please note the 2nd Beta SW has been released. There are several notifications related fixes included in this release. Please update your device and if the issue persists, please use the latest Samsung Members app to submit an error report.
