Update not showing up

My girlfriend enrolled in beta through members so 3 hours ago it so, however up-to-date up software update never appeared. Any suggestions? I had no issues whatsoever.

Did you go in the settings to initiate the update after you enrolled? You can't update it from the member app.

If your device is showing "Your device is up to date" after manually checking the software update, then provide us the Device IMEI and Samsung account (email address) used for Beta registration.
