Can someone tell me why I got this message and it didn't show me that the beta test had ended, and also why the package was only 650.39 MB?

I guess because only TMobile locked devices are getting the stable as of now.

Why is the update so small?
You already have most of it, just some last minute bug fixes and TMobile stuff.

I didn't get a notification either, and only found out by checking in the app (which I presume is how you found out too).
