Since updating to beta 3, whenever I go to select a wallpaper it crashes

No problem here. I wiped cache partition after the update, phone working great.

I was able to change some stuff on the lock screen but the image is not zoomed in to the top right corner and still can not change the wallpaper image

Not sure if you seen this already but go to theme store, my stuff and delete any wallpaper that's not compatible with device and that will fix the issue
