You need to update the app to the beta version if your using oneui6 beta on the watch. To do that, goto the members app, in the banner click the watch beta, scroll down to galaxy watch 4 manager and click download, click ok/participate then click update.

Hello, 

As @MarvinMod2 suggested, please download your Wearable Beta app via Samsung Members (along with your Watch update (Watch4 Latest Beta S/W ver: ZXG7) and see if the issue reproduces. 

If it does, please report your error via Galaxy Wearable Beta app:

(Click the button in the bottom middle > Contact us > Error Report > Write your issue description > Check "Send Diagnostic Log" > Submit (Do not close your Samsung Members app until logs are submitted)
