I constantly check for when the beta opens for Wear OS. Since the watch 8 is not attractive at all, I'm sticking to my watch 7, and wanna try the next version, since I'm also ready trying One UI 8 on my S25 Ultra. When is it going to open up again?

Devices listed below are eligible for Watch beta participation.
LTE Models (Watch with Mobile Network) To receive the Beta update, your Watch must have an active T-Mobile data plan. If the SIM is not activated or the device is not currently using T-Mobile’s mobile network, the software update will not be delivered.
Bluetooth (Watch BT models, not just BT paired with Phone) Models Bluetooth-only models are not affected and will receive the Beta software update as usual. No SIM or mobile plan is required.
If you’ve enrolled in the Beta but haven’t received the update yet, please ensure your Watch meets the conditions above.
