Watch Ultra App Notification Icons

Sometime in the last 24 hours, the non-google app icons changed to a generic message bubble. It is the same icon for all apps. See below 

I have updated the watch today, rebooted the watch twice, rebooted the phone twice, checked for app updates on the watch and looked for an update to the watch manager app. None of that worked. How do I fix this? It happened before and after the watch update today.

Another change with this issue is media in notifications like photos or gifs do not come through anymore. For example, notifications from my security cameras have a gif of the video captured. It's still showing on the phone but is no longer part of the notification on the watch.

To assist us in resolving this issue, we kindly ask you to submit an error report through the Samsung Members app on your device immediately after the issue is reproduced:

1. Open Samsung Members.
2. Navigate to One UI Beta Program > Beta Feedback.
3. Attach any relevant screenshots or screen recording/video (if possible).
4. Ensure "Send system log data" is checked, then submit the report.

Important: Please submit the report within 3 minutes of reproducing the issue for accurate log data collection.
