So, my watch 7 usually gets through a 14 hour day with at least 75% battery remaining. I'm 11 hours in since the beta update and my watch is down to 45%. Anybody else have this problem?
To assist us in resolving this issue, we kindly ask you to submit an error report through the Samsung Members app on your device:
1. Open Samsung Members. 2. Navigate to One UI Beta Program > Beta Feedback. 3. Attach any relevant screenshots or screen recording/video (if possible). 4. Ensure "Send system log data" is checked, then submit the report.
Important: Please submit the report within 3 minutes of reproducing the issue for accurate log data collection.

I was having the same issue. I discovered it was the Samsung Health Monitor, as it was disconnecting and trying to reconnect causing battery drain. Clear cache and data on the watch app and removed from phone and battery was normal again
Go to your watch device care, battery, battery usage to find what's draining the battery
