Try clearing the cache in Note; Settings/Apps/Notes and open it. Go to storage, open that and then clear the cache (not the data). If that persist, then in the Members app when opening the beta section, open Beta feedback, describe the issue, provide a screenshot(s) and make sure the radio button "Send system data log" is checked and send it in.
To assist us in resolving this issue, we kindly ask you to submit an error report through the Samsung Members app on your device:
1. Open Samsung Members. 2. Navigate to One UI Beta Program > Beta Feedback. 3. Attach any relevant screenshots or screen recording/video (if possible). 4. Ensure "Send system log data" is checked, then submit the report.
Important: Please submit the report within 3 minutes of reproducing the issue for accurate log data collection.
