It looks like they just made an announcement on this app that says 4 is ready for installation! I tried doing the update using data via T-Mobile and all I get right now is that it's up to date. I'm using an unlocked phone.

T-mobile s24U got the beta update, but ppl like me that have the UNLOCKED version device SM-S928U1 the phone will not be getting beta 4 yet. Best thing to do is report this to beta feedback, if that even matters at this point, im just very disappointed in Samsung.

Maybe someone at Samsung jumped the gun and released the notification early

I wonder if they're releasing specifically for T-Mobile because of the Starlink beta testing going on. Maybe this beta is specific to that.
