Z Flip 4 Unlocked Brand New from Samsung, still no One UI 5?

I ordered my Z Flip 4 in beginning of August, got it before the end of the month. Been keeping everything up to date. One UI 5 is supposed to have rolled out to my device correct? Why can I still not install it?
