At first it was only when recording with social media like IG, when reviewing the video thr audio is HORRIBLE. It sounds like I'm standing out In the wind even if i record complete silence. Now its happening with the phones camera app and IG camera recording is fine. Also when I screen record and use mic you can BARELY hear anything on the screen recording and you can't hear my voice if im speaking on the recording BUT when I do only voice recording then it sounds 100% fine..... anyone know what's going on? I was going to replace microphones but I'm thinking that's not even the issue anymore.. kind of an annoying problem. Been going crazy trying to look for a solution lol I was going to post a video for an example but cant post videos on here I guess. But that's literally how it sounds like, recording outside when it's super windy.
I would suggest running the Diagnostic testing on the bottom of the Members app in the support tab to test the Microphones on your phone and see what issues it might be having and then contact a Service center for testing and hopefully repair.

Hey. I tried doing diagnostics. Doesn't really help. I've done diagnostics and sometimes it sounded ok. And other times it was really bad . I did send a report fo Samsung so we'll see what happens. If it needs parts I can replace it myself. I always used to get iPhone and I would replace the screens myself whem they'd break. This is my first Samsung but it looks like something I can open up. I like the phone a lot but this issue is a bummer lol. Thanks for responding tho. I appreciate it.
Since the phone is still under warranty I wouldn't take the change of repairing it yourself I would take it too a service center to see what's causing the issue
