Note20for the Note 10 It's actually an app you have to download off the Galaxy app store. I'm sure it's the same with the note 20. It's just called "3D Scanner". after downloading you access that feature through the App instead of your camera. hope this helps

Note20* Available on Galaxy S20, S20+, S20 Ultra, and Note10+. That's on there website. Doesn't say there's support for the note 20 ultra. 😔

Note20I called Samsung and asked about this before I got my note 20 ultra and was told it WOULD work and that the page about the 3d scanner just wasn't updated yet. After on the phone with samsung tech support for 2 hours today, I find it will NOT work with the ultra because it uses a laser focusing system instead of tof. I should have gotten the note20 and not ultra apparently. Very disappointed since I specifically asked about the ultra before I bought the phone. Samsung tech support apparently is clueless.

Note20After looking at the specs of our phone the note 20 and the note 20 ultra does not have a tof sensor so our phones aren't capable of 3d scanning. They opted for a laser autofocus system in our devices. So no 3d scanning for us. Sounded cool too

Note20I tried to open 3D Scanner on the Note 20 Ultra and got the prompt that this app won't work because this device doesn't have the required hardware.

Note20This is not available for the Note 20 Ultra because it does not possess a TOF depth sensor in its camera array. Would've been kind of cool if it could do it with laser mapping though (I don't even know if that's a real thing). 😆 I did find it interesting that the 3D Scanner app came pre-installed anyhow.
