I'm having some seriously annoying glitches with android, specifically the operating system refreshes too often, and messes with the fluidity of the phone. It will pull the keyboard from underneath my fingers and make me stay over, or sometimes it will just restart the app.

I have a Samsung Note 20 Ultra, running Nova Launcher, One UI 2.5 & Android 10.

The perceived picture in picture effect does not happen, and I suspect only appears bc of the screen recording.

Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks!

I have determined the issue.

I had a bixby routine which was set up to turn on 120 hz display when certain apps where opened (reddit, fishbowl, twitter, etc.).

once this routine was disabled it completely fixed the problem. thank you for reaching out!

Does this happen with the phone in safe mode?
