So it automatically donated my funds to an organization I didn't want to, now don't get mad cause yes they all help out, the point is I didn't want that, and there is no way to contact a support team or anything to get back the funds so I can donate to where I want it to. Can anyone help me out to figure out how to not do this again or get it back to donate to where I want it to go
Sorry this app itself on here said that it donated my funds voluntarily without me consenting, it basically said your funds have been donated to these organizations and that was it. Hopefully that helps a lil, if not I can try and clarify more, I'm not to good with explaining things
If you are referring to the Samsung Global Goals app just pull it up in the Play Store and tap on "about this app" and in the info description there are a number of contact websites listed.
If it took money from a bank account, I would contact the bank and tell them that you didn't consent, they will likely be able to cancel the transaction. If you are unsure what account, you can check your bank statements and look for a charge relating to either samsung or one of the charities samsung works with.
