My voice mail is not working it keeps saying something went wrong.

Are you using an app to try to access your voicemail or going directly from the dialer?

Both and neither works

Go to your phone app click the 3 dots go to settings then go to voicemail and see if it has a voicemail number and i would say contact your service provider
