Issue with calls

Hi, I'm having an issue with hearing people when they call me or I call them. It seems to only happen on wifi, if I can't hear them I'm unable to call them back once the call is ended, but on the second call it works fine.

Any one know a solution for this?

Maybe try a network reset

From settings > General management > Reset > Reset Network Settings (BEAWARE THIS WILL UN INSTALL YOUR WIFI AND BLUETOOTH DEVICES AND AFTERWARDS YOU WILL NEED TO RE INSTALL YOUR WIFI AND BLUETOOTH)

Excellent. I've had this happen on one other devices, and this is what I did to fix it.

Disable Wi-Fi Calling. (Go to the Phone app, tap the vertical menu icon at the top right, and select settings. Toggle Wi-Fi Calling off).

Disable Advanced Calling (Settings > Connections > Advanced Calling > Toggle Advanced Calling off)

Reboot your device

Repeat the steps, first reactivating Advanced Calling, then Wi-Fi Calling). Wi-Fi Calling won't work correctly without Advanced Calling features enabled.
