Long Press Notifications Missing?

Hello!

I recently upgraded my Note 9 to a Note 20 -- and one thing that has been confusing is how to get the notification pop-ups to work on the Note 20 like they have on my Note 9.

This would be the contextual notification pop-up that shows up when you long-press on an app icon that has a notification badge -- or other such status.

Here's an example of the differences I'm seeing between the two phones for the same app --

This seems to be consistent across any apps -- on my Note 9, I've been able to select/interact/dismiss notifications from that pop-up menu by tapping/swiping.   They don't show up at all on my Note 20 😞

What setting am I missing?

Thank you!

Erik

Go to the home screen settings, tap on app icon badges, then turn on "notifications on app icons" and it will replicate your Note 9 view.
