My Note 20 will randomly stop working on WiFi. I've noticed whenever it happens the Wifi download arrow in the notification bar fades, while the upload stays lit. The phone will also stay connected to the access point for awhile but says "No internet available". All my other wireless devices on the same router have no disconnecting issues whatsoever. Anyone else been experiencing this recently?

You can try the eight steps provided in this article: https://www.samsung.com/us/support/troubleshooting/TSG01001559/ If the issue persists, it would be recommended to have the phone evaluated by a certified technician. You can do this at any local uBreakiFix location. https://www.ubreakifix.com/samsung

Yes. I've had the same problems with mine. I notice my wifi calls and texts won't send. This is horrible for such an expensive phone.

Samsungs troubleshooting steps will not fix this. I've been through 3 brand new phones trying to fix this. See my reply to the original post.

Did you solve the problem , because I have the same - Question : Do you have a mesh wifi system in the location where you experiment the connection problem?

Is this only on the nest wifi system? I just got off an hour long chat with Google Wi-Fi support. The fix that we found was to change Google Nest Wi-Fi mesh system wifi name and password. Apparently the note 20 ultra doesn't like special characters or spaces in the name and password. Create and guest network with a simple name and password and connect to it. If that fixes your problem then change the main networks name and password. Remember, no special characters or spaces. Also, change your MAC address type in your phones advanced wifi settings to Phone MAC. You can also assign a Static IP address to your phone through your routers advanced settings menu. I hope this helps. It fixed mine completely.
