If you know you should have 5g, and don't ... contact your carrier - they are responsible for cell service

Turn on airplane mode .then turn it off airplane mode. Or you can also reset your network settings and see if that works.

Does it show the wifi symbol and the little 6? I read some article that shows when your in an area with 5G or better signal..
