Note20 S-pen issues

Just bought a Note20 S-pen doesn't react on particular spots of the screen. I took it back 3 days later and switched it out for another one same issue. T-mobile Rep told me to look out for a Samsung update soon......

Do you have a case on your Note 20 or anything magnetic attached? This can cause the S Pen to not work in certain areas.

dude I think that did it because my case does have a Magnet in it.! thanks for reaching out I was losing sleep about a $ 1000 phone that doesn't work...

I had the same issue with my Tab S6. It was the magnet on the case. Samsung should do something about that.
