Good Afternoon, I hope you're doing well on this Sunday. In order to access the Screen recording feature: Swipe down from the top of the display> tap the Gear icon to the top right of the screen. This will take you to your Settings menu> from there you'll want to scroll down to "Advanced features"> scroll down to when it says "screenshots and screen recorder" in there you can select your display capture settings. You can also enable it from your quick toggles when you swip down to view your notifications as well by shipping with two fingers to toggle on and off various features.
